I am deeply disappointed with the dry cleaning service. They failed to take responsibility for mishandling my clothes. In my case, they ruined my jumpsuit and my silk kimono, disregarding the proper handling instructions on the label. To make matters worse, my jumpsuit was returned damaged and they only compensated a fraction of its value, which is 180 AED. This is despite the fact that my suit cost 1,000 dirhams and the kimono 1,500. Seeking help from consumer rights protection was unhelpful. They only advised me to open a case against Al Nasreen laundry. It's disheartening to see such negligence without accountability. Unfortunately, the items they ruined are no longer wearable.
