Max Mara in Bishkek is the worst shop I’ve never seen. At first I came to the shop and saw a price for fur coats, and it was 2 200сом (Kyrgyz money currency),I said to a manager that I want to buy it,but she answered that it was a mistake, and this thing cost 2 200 €. I assumed this fact and requested them to change the price tag.
After 2 days I returned to the store, but the price tag remained the same, so my sister and I asked them to punch us 2 such fur coats. But they started to argue with us and say that they will Multiply the total cost by 100. We answered that we won’t pay this sum, because they should sell it by the price that is indicated on the price tag, since is the rule of Kyrgyzstan. Then they started refusing to do it, we asked to call the general manager, for this action we were told that it was too late and he would not answer (there were still 10 minutes left before closing). We showed the rules of Rospotrebnadzor to the sellers, they did nothing, after that we called the police. About 10 minutes later, the general manager and some other employees of the store arrived (there were about 5 of them) and started shouting at us, snatching the receipt out of our hands (since this is our proof), threatening and forbidding them to filmed them off (some employees allowed themselves to use physical violence against my sister, who was carrying a stroller with a small child!!!!). Later they kicked us out of the store and called us scammers . I think this is an extremely unpleasant situation, because we are customers of your store who have bought things from you repeatedly. We ask you to do something with this situation, (price tags and a receipt are attached there)
