One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had in Moscow. It is totally not advisable to visit this restaurant unless if you would like to experience the bad service. I was waiting for 1 hour only for the plate and more than one hour for the bread. This restaurant cannot serve more than 5 gusts at a time even the place is huge.
