Came here for a nice birthday dinner with my Friends, welcomed warmly and collected our jackets all was good until i returned and my white jacket was now very stained and wet! The persons who spoke to me made it feel like it wasn’t a problem, how is that possible? Asked for the manager she said they close at 12am, is that a reason my jacket becomes wet and dirty? A white jacket for that matter! Utterly disgusted for the amount spent there and your service like this.
