This is EXCELLENT value for money. For a really minor mishap, the staff, especially Irina and Daria, more than made up for it. Friendly and sincere with customers. The best location, clean rooms and reception area. A classic case of don't judge a book by its cover. If we ever get the chance to visit Moscow again, it will be Bilibin again.
