Margaret Hilda Thatcher (13 Ekim 1925, Grantham, Lincolnshire — 8 Nisan 2013, Londra) — Britanyalı siyasetçi.
Birleşik Krallık'ta en uzun süre başbakanlık yapan kişi ve ülkenin ilk kadın başbakanı. Yakın tarihte ülkeyi en çok etkileyen kişilerden oldu. Uyguladığı politikalar nedeniyle hem büyük destek gördü, hem de ciddi bir muhalefetle karşılaştı.
Thatcher 1975-1990 arasında Muhafazakâr Parti başkanlığı, 1979-1990 arasında da başbakanlık yaptı. Genel siyasi çizgisi liberal-muhafazakâr doğrultudaydı.
