Uffizi Galerisi (italyanca: galleria degli uffizi), Floransa'daki bir saray ya da palazzo, dünyadaki en eski ve en ünlü sanat müzelerinden biridir. Ünlü medici ailesinin sanat koleksiyonu sergilenir.
İki katlı u şeklindeki müzede, dünyaca ünlü tablolar sergilenir.
"Uffizi", italyanca «ofisler» demektir. Müzenin bu adı, eskiden burasının medici ailesi zamanında şehrin yönetim merkezine bir köprüyle bağlı olan ofislerden oluşmasıdır.
