Coimbra Üniversitesi (Portekizce: Universidade de Coimbra), Coimbra, Portekiz'de kurulu bir devlet üniversitesidir.
Hâlen faal olan Avrupa ve dünyanın en eski üniversitelerinden biri olmasının yanı sıra, Portekiz'in en eski ve önemli yükseköğrenim ve araştırma enstitüsüdür.
