Rusya'nın Komi Cumhuriyeti'nde bulunan bir şehirdir. Kuzey Kutup Dairesi'nde Usa Nehri'nin kıyısında yer almaktadır. Yüzölçümü 24.179,64 km² olan şehrin nüfusu 2010 yılı itibarı ile 70.548'dir. Vorkuta, önemli bir kömür madenciliği merkezi olup şehre Vorkuta Havalimanı hizmet vermektedir.
