Albert Schweitzer (d. 14 Ocak 1875; Kaysersberg, Alman İmparatorluğu - ö. 4 Eylül 1965; Lambaréné, Gabon), 1952 Nobel Barış Ödülü sahibi Alman humaniter doktor, filozof, müzisyen, protestan teologu, hayvansever ve anti-nükleer aktivistti.
Schweitzer, iki doktorasına rağmen tıp doktoru olmaya karar verdi; Afrika'da doktorluk yapma amacıyla 30 yaşından sonra tıp tahsili yaptı; Gabon'da bir hastane kurdu ve yaşamını yöre halkının sağlığına adadı.
Geliştirdiği «yaşama saygı felsefesi» ile günümüzdeki çevreci ve hayvansever hareketlerin öncüsü kabul edilir.
