- Raiden (Japanese: 雷電; Chinese: 雷电)[3] is a character in the Mortal Kombat fighting game series.
- The merger was stopped and after finding Darkseid had been brought to the Mortal Kombat universe, Raiden imprisoned him in the Netherrealm.
- Raiden is the one who introduced Mortal Kombat to other characters, he is a god and uses some elemental power against his opponents.
