Alcobaça Manastırı (Portekizce: Mosteiro de Santa Maria de Alcobaça), Oeste Alt Bölgesi'ndeki Alcobaça belediyesinde bulunan bir Roma Katolik kilisesidir.
Manastır, Orta Çağda ilk Portekiz Kralı Afonso Henriques tarafından 1153 yılında kuruldu ve tarih boyunca Portekiz Kralları ile yakın bir ilişki sürdürdü.
Kilise ve manastır, Portekiz'deki ilk Gotik yapılardı ve Coimbra'daki Santa Cruz Manastırı ile birlikte Portekiz'deki en önemli Orta Çağ manastırlardan biriydi.
Sanatsal ve tarihi önemi nedeniyle, UNESCO tarafından 1989 yılında Dünya Mirası Alanı olarak ilan edildi.
