Panagia Theotokos Kilisesi, Eskicuma Camii veya Eski Camii, Yunanistan'ın kuzeyindeki Orta Makedonya bölgesinde yer alan Selanik şehrinde bulunan 5. yüzyıla ait bir Bizans kilisesidir. Kilise, şehrin merkezindeki Agias Sofias Caddesi'nde, Makedonomachon Meydanı'nın karşısında yer almaktadır. Kilise, erken Bizans mimarisinin önde gelen örneklerinden biri olması nedeniyle 1988 yılında UNESCO Dünya Mirası Listesi'ne, Selanik'in diğer Erken Hristiyan ve Bizans anıtları ile birlikte dahil edilmiştir.
