Patrice Leconte (French:; 12 Kasım 1947 doğumlu) Fransız film yönetmeni, oyuncu, çizgi roman yazarı ve senarist.
Leconte Tours'da büyüdü ve 15 yaşında küçük amatör filmler yapmaya başladı. 1967'de Paris'e gitti ve Institut des hautes études cinématographiques'de okudu.
İlk uzun metrajlı filmini 1976'da yönetti ve Fransa dışında sınırlı dağıtılan komedi filmleriyle bir dizi büyük başarıya imza attı. İlk kez 1989'da Cannes Film Festivali'nde önceki çalışmalarından radikal bir şekilde ayrılan Monsieur Hire filmi ile uluslararası ilgi gördü.
