Estonya'nın Pärnu ilinin merkezi olan şehir. Ülkenin güneybatısında, Baltık Denizi'ndeki Riga Körfezi'nin bir parçası olan Pärnu Körfezi kıyısında yer alır. Şehirden geçen Pärnu nehri, Riga Körfezi'ne dökülmektedir. 2015 sayımına göre şehrin nüfusu 41.170 kişidir.
