Norveç´te bir şehir. Kirkenes, Norveç´in kuzeyinde bulunan Sør-Varanger ilinin merkezidir. Rusya sınırına 10 km Finlandiya sınırına ise 35 km uzaklıktadır. Yüzölçümü 2,02 km² olup nüfusu 4000´dür. Kirkenes aynı zamanda Kars ile kardeş şehirdir.
