Lancashire, Birleşik Krallık'ın İngiltere ülkesinin Kuzey Batı bölgesinde birinci seviyede yerel idare «shire» kontluğu ve kraliyet seremonileri için törensel kontluktur. Merkezi Preston şehrindedir. Lancashire Kontluğu Cumbria, North Yorkshire,West Yorkshire, törensel Greater Manchester Metropoliten Kontluğu ve törensel Merseyside Metropoliten Kontluğu ile çevrilidir. Batısında İrlanda Denizi sahilleri bulunur. Kontluğun şehir unvanı da taşıyan başlıca kentleri ticaret ve sanayi merkezi olan Lancaster ve Preston'dir. Blackpool, Lytham St. Anne's, Morecombe ve Fleetwood gibi kıyı kentleri ise birer turizm merkezi olarak gelişmiştir.
