Efsanelere göre Zeus'u çocukken besleyen keçiye veya nimfe verilen ad. Yazılı olmayan rivayetlere göre Girit'te tanrıyı besleyen bu keçi daha sonra ödül olarak ilah yıldızlar arasına konulmuştur. Diğer bir rivayete göre de Zeus'u keçi sütü ile besleyen bir naiadedir.
