Lilongwe, Afrika kıtasında bulunan Malavi'nin başkentidir.
Şehirde 2013 tahmini nüfus verilerine göre 811.731 kişi yaşamaktadır. Ülkenin Merkez Bölgesi'nde yer alan başkent, aynı zamanda ülkenin en büyük şehri konumundadır.
Lilongwe, başta küçük bir yerli köyü olarak kurulmuş ancak 20. yüzyıl başlarında İngiliz kolonilerinin eline geçmiştir. Konumundan dolayı, Kuzey Rodezya'ya (bugün Zambiya olarak bilinen bölge) bağlanan şehir, 1974'te bölgenin başkenti konumuna geçmiştir.
