Güney Koreli asker ve siyasetçi. 1963'ten 1979'da suikastine kadar Güney Kore Devlet Başkanı olarak görev yaptı ve ülkeyi ilk kez Mayıs 1961 askerî darbesi tarafından kurulan bir askeri diktatörlük başkanı olarak yönettikten sonra bu görevi üstlendi.
