Hristo Stoiçkov (d. 8 Şubat 1966, Filibe), Bulgar eski futbolcu ve teknik direktör.
Stoiçkov 1994 FIFA Dünya Kupası'nda Bulgaristan formasıyla dördüncülük yaşamış ve turnuvada attığı 6 golle gol kralı olmayı başarmıştır. En iyi Bulgar futbolcusu olarak görülmektedir.
1992 ve 1994'te FIFA Dünyada Yılın Futbolcusu ödülünde ikinci oldu ve 1994'te Ballon d'Or kazanmıştır.
