Berlin, Mitte semtinde Alexanderplatz yakınlarındaki Rathausstraße üzerinde yer alan belediye binasıdır. Berlin eyaletini yöneten belediye başkanı ve hükûmetine ev sahipliği yapar. Simgesel yapının adı, kırmızı tuğlalı cephe tasarımından gelmektedir.
