Tower Bridge (Türkçe anlamı: Kule Köprüsü), Birleşik Krallık'ın Londra şehrinde Thames Nehri üzerinde yer alan iki katlı bir açılır kapanır köprüdür.
Yıllar boyunca, İngiliz başkenti nehir üzerinde kentin iki yakasındaki trafiği birleştirmiştir. Londra Kulesi'ne yakın olduğu için "Kule Köprüsü" olarak adlandırılmıştır.
1894'te kullanıma açılan köprü, baskül köprü türü köprülerin en ünlülerinden biridir. Köprü yüksek seviyeden iki yatay yürüyüş yolu ve aşağıdan bir araba yoluyla birbirine bağlanmış iki kuleden oluşur.
