Pantanal, Brezilya'da yer alan, dünyanın en büyük tropikal sulak alanı kapsayan doğal bir bölgedir.
Çoğunlukla Mato Grosso do Sul, Brezilya Devlet içinde yer alır, Mato Grosso ve Bolivya ve Paraguay bölümlerini içine uzanır.
"Pantanal" adı Portekizce kelime olan pântano'dan gelmekte olup anlamı, sulak alan, bataklık, bataklık, bataklık veya bataklık anlamına gelir.
