Copán (ya da okunuşuyla Kopan) günümüzde Honduras'ın Guatemala sınırındaki Copán vilayetinde yer alan, Kolomb-öncesi dönemde kurulmuş eski bir Maya kentidir.
Copán Mayalar'ın klasik dönem kentlerinden biri olup, MS 736'ya doğru en parlak devrini yaşamıştır. Copán Maya dünyasının bilimsel merkezi olmuştur.
1980 yılında UNESCO tarafından bir Dünya Mirası olarak ilan edilmiştir.
