Fred Astaire (asıl adı: Frederick Austerlitz) — Amerikalı dansçı, koreograf, şarkıcı ve oyuncu.
Gösteri ve eğlence dünyasıyla beş yaşlarındayken tanışan Astaire, dansa, 1917 yılında kızkardeşi Adele ile Broadway'de Over the Top revüsünde başladı. Daha sonra Londra ve New York'ta birçok müzikal komedide yer aldı. 1933 yılında Dancing Lady adlı filmle sinemaya geçiş yaptı.
