Мост Мацестус, или Мост Султанчайыр, был римским мостом через реку Мацестус в Балыкесире, в северо-западной части современной Турции. Его уплощенные арки, тонкие опоры и система полых камер свидетельствуют о прогрессе, достигнутом в позднеантичном мостостроении. Первое поверхностное исследование сооружения длиной 234 метра было проведено в начале 20 века, но с тех пор ученые в значительной степени пренебрегали его существованием. Текущие фотографии 2009 года показывают, что мост тем временем разрушился.
