Dubailand, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri'nin Dubai kentinde bulunan bir eğlence kompleksidir.
İlk olarak 2003'te duyurulduğunda 64,3 milyar dolar ile dünyanın herhangi bir yerinde önerilen en büyük eğlence yatırımlarından biriydi. 278 km²'lik bir alana sahip olacak ve 45 «mega proje» ve 200 alt projeyi içermektedir.
Küresel durgunluk ve Dubai finansal krizi projeyi ciddi şekilde bir etkilendi ve inşaatı 2008'de durduruldu. İnşaatı 2013 ortalarında yeniden başlamış olup şu ana kadar 22 proje inşaat halindedir.
Mevcut tahminler, Dubailand'in 2020'den önce açılabileceğini öngörmektedir.
