Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso, 1962'den 1964'e kadar İtalyan otomobil üreticisi Ferrari tarafından üretilen bir Grand tourer otomobilidir.
Bazen GTL, GT/L veya sadece Lusso olarak bilinen otomobil, 250 GT Berlinetta'dan daha büyük ve daha lükstür. Spor otomobil yarışları için tasarlanmayan 250 GT Lusso, en zarif Ferrari'lerden biri olarak kabul edilir.
O zamanın Ferrari «geleneği» ile uyumlu olan 250 GT Lusso, Pininfarina ve Carrozzeria Scaglietti tarafından tasarlandı. İç kısmı 250 GT'den daha geniş olmasına rağmen, 250 GT Lusso, 250 GTE'nin aksine iki kişilik GT kupası olarak kaldı.
