Alan David Hansen (d. 13 Haziran 1955; Alloa, İskoçya), birçok otoriteye göre gelmiş geçmiş en başarılı defans oyuncuları arasında gösterilen İskoç futbolcudur.
1977'den itibaren 13 yıl boyunca Liverpool'da oynamış ve bu süre içinde 434 kez bu formayı giyerek kulüp tarihine geçen oyunculardan biri olmuştur. Liverpool formasıyla sekiz kez lig ve üç kez Avrupa şampiyonu oldu.
Alan Hansen, 1979-1987 yılları arasında 26 kez İskoçya millî futbol takımı forması giymiştir.
