Teatro Real veya El Real (Türkçe: Kraliyet Tiyatrosu) İspanya’nın Madrid şehrinde yer alan bir opera salonudur.
1818 yılında kurulan ve 19 Kasım 1850’de açılan opera salonu 1925 yılında kapandı. 1997 yılında 1,746 kişilik koltuk kapasitesine sahip olarak tekrar kullanıma açıldı.
Teatro Real günümüzde Avrupa’daki en önemli opera salonlarından birisidir. Opera ve diğer performanslara ek olarak sahne, çalışma ve prova odalarının görülebileceği, birkaç dilde günlük turlar düzenlenmektedir.
