Japonya'nın Izumisano kentinde bulunan bir gökdelendir. Bina Ağustos 1996 tarihinde tamamlanmış olup 256 metre yüksekliğindedir ve 56 katlıdır. Günümüzde Abeno Harukas ve Yokohama Landmark Tower'ın ardından Japonya'nın üçüncü yüksek binasıdır.
