Roger Charles Allers (29 Haziran 1949 doğumlu), Amerikalı bir film yönetmeni, senarist, storyboard sanatçısı, animatör ve oyun yazarıdır.
O en çok, tüm zamanların en çok hasılat yapan geleneksel animasyon filmi olan Disney'in The Lion King'in ortak yönetmenliğini yapması ve aynı adlı Broadway uyarlamasını yazmasıyla tanınır. Ayrıca Sony Pictures Animation'ın ilk uzun metrajlı animasyon filmi Open Season'ı da yönetmiştir.
