Smithsonian Amerikan Sanat Müzesi (genellikle SAAM olarak bilinir ve eski adıyla Ulusal Amerikan Sanatı Müzesi), Smithsonian Enstitüsü'nün bir parçası olan bir Washington müzesidir.
İkincil müzesi Renwick Galerisi ile birlikte, Smithsonian Amerikan Sanat Müzesi, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde sömürge döneminden günümüze kadar dünyanın en büyük ve en kapsamlı sanat koleksiyonlarından birine sahiptir. Müze, koleksiyonda temsil edilen 7.000'den fazla sanatçıya sahiptir.
Çoğu sergi müzenin ana binası olan eski Patent Ofisi Binasında (Ulusal Portre Galerisi ile ortak) yer alırken, el sanatlarına odaklanan sergiler Renwick Galerisi'nde sergileniyor.
