Speicherstadt, Almanya'nın Hamburg Eyaletinde yer alan bir semttir ve kütükler üzerinde inşa edilmiş evleri ile dünyada türünün en büyük örneğidir.
Hamburg limanında, HafenCity mahallesinde yer alır ve 1883-1927 yılları arasında inşa edilmiştir. Semt, gümrük ödemeden malları transfer etmek için bir serbest bölge olarak inşa edildi.
2009 yılından sonra semt ve çevresi bir yenileme geçirdi. 5 Temmuz 2015'te UNESCO tarafından Dünya Mirası olarak ilan edildi.
