Elbphilharmonie, kısaca Elphi, Almanya'nın Hamburg şehrinde Elbe Nehri üzerindeki bir yarımadada yer alan bir konser salonu.
Dünyadaki en büyük ve akustik olarak en ileri konser salonlarından biridir ve 108 metre yüksekliği ile Hamburg'un içinde yaşanılan en yüksek binasıdır.
1963'te tamamlanan Kaispeicher A adlı tuğla deponun üzerine inşa edilen yapı, Herzog & de Meuron tarafından tasarladı. Resmî açılışı 11 Ocak 2017'deki NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra konseriyle gerçekleştirildi.
İçinde konser salonunun yanı sıra bir otel, lüks daireler, ve kamuya açık alanlar da barındırmaktadır.
