Stoa Poikile (Grekçe: ἡ ποικίλη στοά), Yunanistan'ın başkenti Atina'da bulunan bir stoadır. 5. yüzyılda yapılmış olup Atina Agorası'nın kuzeybatısında yer almaktadır.
Stoa Poikile, Antik Atina'daki en ünlü yerlerden biriydi ve Zenon'un Stoacılık'ı öğrettiği yerdi. Stoacıcılığın felsefi okulu, ismini burada ilk kez açıklanmasından ve Yunanca stoa kelimesinden almaktadır.
Son yirmi yıldır Atina'daki Amerikan Klasik Araştırmalar Okulu tarafından yürütülen kazılar, Atina Agorası'nın kuzey tarafındaki stoanın temellerini ve bazı alt unsurlarının çoğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır.
