Erik ten Hag (d. 2 Şubat 1970), Hollandalı teknik direktör ve eski futbolcudur. Şu anda Premier League kulübü Manchester United'ın teknik direktörüdür.
Futbolculuk döneminde, Hollanda'da 13 yıl boyunca stoper olarak oynamış; Twente, De Graafschap, RKC Waalwijk ve Utrecht formalarını giymiştir. De Graafschap ile 1990-91 sezonunda Eerste Divisie'yi, Twente ile 2000-01 sezonunda KNVB Beker'ı kazanmıştır.
