Ferrari'nin 355 modelinin yerini alması için 1999-2004 yılları arasında ürettiği modelidir. Araçta 3.6 litrelik 395 HP gücünde bir V8 makine yer alıyordu. Şanzımanları ise F1 Şanzıman ve 6 ileri mekanik şanzımandı. 2004'te yerini F430'a bıraktı.
