Min Aung Hlaing (Birmanca: မင်းအောင်လှိုင်, d. 3 Temmuz 1956), Şubat 2021 darbesinde iktidarı ele geçirmesinden bu yana Myanmar'ı Devlet İdare Konseyi başkanı olarak yöneten Birmanyalı bir politikacı ve ordu generalidir.
Ağustos 2021'de Myanmar başbakanı olarak sözde sivil rolünü üstlendi. Mart 2011'den bu yana Savunma Hizmetleri Başkomutanlığı görevini de yürütüyor.
Daha önce 2010-2011 yılları arasında Savunma Bakanlığı müşterek kurmay başkanı olarak görev yaptı ve Myanmar cumhurbaşkanının başkanlığındaki Ulusal Savunma ve Güvenlik Konseyi'nin (USGK) bir üyesiydi.
