Britta Ernst (d. 23 Şubat 1961), 2017-2023 yılları arasında Brandenburg Eyaleti Eğitim ve Gençlik Bakanı olarak görev yapan Almanya Sosyal Demokrat Partisi üyesi Alman bir siyasetçidir.
1997-2011 yılları arasında Hamburg Parlamentosu üyesi olmuş, 2014-2017 yılları arasında Schleswig-Holstein Okul Bakanı olarak görev yapmış ve 2021 yılında Kultusministerkonferenz başkanı olmuştur.
Kendisi Şansölye Olaf Scholz'un eşidir.
