Paris'in 13. bölgesi (XIII arrondissement) 20 bölgesinden biridir Fransa'nın başkentinin anlaşmazlıkları. Sözlü Fransızca'da, bu bölge treizième olarak anılır.
Gobelins adı verilen bölge, Seine Nehri ’ün sol kıyısında yer almaktadır. Paris'in başlıca Asya topluluğu olan Quartier Asiatique, bölgenin güneydoğusundaki birçok yüksek katlı apartmanın bulunduğu bir bölgede yer almaktadır. Mahallede çok sayıda Çinli ve Vietnamlı işletme bulunmaktadır.
