Viyana fantastik gerçekçilik okulunun kurucularından biri olan Avusturyalı ressam, grafiker, heykeltıraş, mimar, sahne tasarımcısı, besteci, şair, şarkıcı. 1972 yılında mimar ve şehir planlamacısı Otto Wagner'ın villasını satın almıştır. Villa 1988 yılında Ernst Fuchs Müzesi olarak hizmete açılmıştır.
