Kule, Sumida semtinde yer almakta olup 2012 yılında tamamlanmıştır. 634 metre yüksekliğinde olup Japonya'nın ve dünyanın en yüksek kulesi ve Burç Halife'den sonra dünyanın en yüksek ikinci kendi başına duran yapısıdır.
