Viktor Orbán (d. 31 Mayıs 1963, İstolni Belgrad, Macaristan), Macar siyasetçidir.
1998-2002 yılları arasında Macaristan başbakanlığı yapan Viktor Orbán, hâlen Fidesz Partisi'nin liderliğini yürütmektedir. Partisi, Nisan 2010 seçimlerinde yüzde 50'nin üstünde oy alarak, Macaristan Meclisi'nde büyük bir çoğunluk elde etmiştir. 29 Mayıs 2010 tarihinde ikinci kez başbakanlık görevine başlamıştır.
