Kartlis Deda, Gürcistan'ın başkenti Tiflis'te, kentin sembolü olan Kartli'i konu alan anıt.
Tiflis'in kuruluşunun 1500. yıldönümünde Gürcistan Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyeti döneminde 1958 yılında Sololaki tepesine dikildi.
Gürcü heykeltıraş Elguca Amaşukeli’nin yaptığı alüminyum heykel, yirmi metre yüksekliğinde, Gürcü ulusal giysileri içinde bir kadın figürüdür.
Gürcü ulusal karakterinin en iyi sembolize ettiği kabul edilen heykelin bir elinde, dost olarak gelenlere şarap sunmak için büyük bir kâse, diğer elinde, düşman olarak gelenlere karşı kullanmak üzere bir kılıç bulunmaktadır.
