Binnenhof (Türkçe: İç Avlu) Hollanda'da Lahey kentinde, Hofvijver göleti kıyısındaki yapı kompleksidir.
Hollanda Meclisi'nin iki kanadının yanı sıra, Yürütme Bakanlığı (Felemenkçe: Ministerie van Algemene Zaken; Türkçe: Genel İşler Bakanlığı) ve Başbakanlık Ofisi de burada yerleşik bulunmaktadır.
Yapı ilk olarak 13. yüzyılda Hollanda Vilayeti yöneticilerine evsahipliği yapan bir kale olarak Gotik tarzda inşa edilmiştir. 1584 yılında Hollanda Cumhuriyeti'nin politik merkezi haline geldi.
Hollanda'nın Yüz Kültür Mirası arasında yer almaktadır. Binnenhof, dünya çapında, hala kullanılmakta olan en eski parlamento binasıdır.
