Genel bilgiler
Dünyanın en büyük buharlı pompa istasyonu. Hollanda'da yer alan yapı 7 Ekim 1920 tarihinde Kraliçe Wilhelmina tarafından açılmıştır. Friesland'deki atık suyu boşaltmaya yarayan istasyon 1967'ye dek kömürle çalışmış, bu tarihten sonra da yakıt olarak petrol kullanmaya başlamıştır.
