Hugo Meisl (d. 16 Kasım 1881, Maleschau, Bohemya, Avusturya-Macaristan - ö. 17 Şubat 1937, Viyana), Avusturya futbol tarihinin en önemli isimlerinden biri.
Futbolculuk kariyerinden sonra teknik direktör, hakem, Avusturya Futbol Federasyonu genel sekreteri ve FIFA delegesi görevlerinde bulundu.
1912'de Avusturya millî futbol takımının başına gelip 1937'deki ölümüne dek bu göreve devam etti.
Teknik adam, profesyonel futbolun Avusturya'ya getirilmesi konusunda büyük uğraşlar verdi. 1924'te Avusturya'da profesyonel ligin başlamasını sağladı ve Avrupa'daki ilk profesyonel lig böylece kurulmuş oldu.
