Leighton John Baines (11 Aralık 1984, Kirkby), İngiliz eski millî futbolcudur.
Kariyerine Wigan Athletic'te başlayan Baines, takımıyla 2002-03 sezonunda Football League Second Division şampiyonluğu, 2004-05 sezonunda EFL Championship ikinciliği yaşayıp Premier League'ye yükselme başarısı ve 2006 yılında EFL Cup'ta ikinciliğini yaşadı.
2007 yılında Everton'a transfer oldu ve 2009 yılında takımıyla FA Cup'ta final yaşadı.
